ServCheck

ServCheck is an online customer service self-assessment tool that aims to help business owners assess their organisation’s commitment to customer service.

Working with the Institute of Customer Service we created a mutlilingual bespoke surveying application, generating Excel reports and allowing customers to manage their own accounts.

This was built as a bespoke ASP.NET MVC application using Entity Framework.
